Manager:
- The main point of contact for the Division Coordinator, the RWCLL Board and the Parents on the team.
- This person may, or may not, have the most "baseball knowledge" on the team but can help delegate responsibilities at practice and games.
- They are available for most practices and games, and works with the rest of the Coaches to build and deliver the practice / game plan
- Required to attend pre-season Coaches Clinic offered by RWCLL
- Managers also get practice day preference when the schedules are created
Coach:
- They are available for most practices and games
- Works with the Manager & Coaches to build and deliver the practice / game plan.
- This person may, or may not, have the most "baseball knowledge" on the team
- Encouraged to attend pre-season Coaches Clinic offered by RWCLL
Assistant Coach:
- For the person who wants to help, but doesn't know what to do or their schedule may not allow for full commitment
- They are available for some practices and games, and works with the Manager and Coach to deliver the practice / game plan
- This person may, or may not, have the most "baseball knowledge" on the team
- Free to attend pre-season Coaches Clinic offered by RWCLL if they wish
Team Parent:
- Helps coordinate the snack schedule, end of season party, car pooling, etc
- Helps Manager with any communication out to families such as Picture Day and Hit a Thon Fundraising information, Snack Shack Volunteer Schedule, etc
Anyone helping on the Field, or in the Dugout must be registered as at least a Team Parent or an Assistant Coach.
Division Guidelines:
Tee Ball: 1 Manager, 3 Coaches
(A) Ball: 1 Manager, 2 Coaches
(AA) Ball: 1 Manager, 2 Coaches
(AAA) Ball: 1 Manager, 1+ Coaches
Majors: 1 Manager, 1+ Coaches
Juniors: 1 Manager, 1+ Coaches
Seniors: 1 Manager, 1+ Coaches
